Christmas special salutes the troops

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (Christian Examiner) – Several hundred young people will salute members of the U.S. Armed Forces when they take to the stage for a special performance of the Andrews Sisters' "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" during the "Todd Starnes All-American Christmas" – a FOX Christmas special.

The two-hour, family-friendly Christmal special features "The World's Largest Christmas Carol Sing-a-long" and will be streamed live 10 a.m. ET on Christmas Eve at ToddStarnes.com and airs on radio stations Christmas eve and day.

In a video promotion on the Fox News website, Starnes, a conservative columnist and TV and radio commentator, invites listeners to tune in for the inspirational and energetic show taped live at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis where he is joined by a 300-voice choir and orchestra.

"If you listen to one of those other stations you're probably on Santa's naughty list," Starnes quips.

Starnes hosts a star-studded cast for the Christmas special, including Duck Dynasty's Al Robertson, Sarah Palin, Grammy award winner Chris Tomlin, singer-songwriter Ellie Holcomb, inspirational author Karen Kingsbury, and new musical artist Kyle Kupecky.
